Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date. The brand recommends taking Yu Sleep daily for at least two months before requesting a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Yu Sleep support at [email protected] with your full name, email address, BuyGoods invoice, and order number. Support will provide return instructions.
Return Requirements
All bottles (opened, used, or empty) must be returned as instructed by support. A return tracking number must be provided. The brand does not refund return shipping costs and deducts original shipping/handling, so the refund is approximately 85% of the purchase price.
One-Time Guarantee
The 60-day guarantee is one-time only. Repeat purchasers are not eligible for a second refund.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned bottles are received by the warehouse.
